5) Mobile / Text Messaging Privacy (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from VFP:

  • We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • We may share information with subcontractors that help us provide messaging services (for example, our texting platform), but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6) How We Protect Information

Access to client information is limited to supervised persons and authorized parties who need the information to perform their duties and provide services.

7) Internal Access & Confidentiality (Supervised Persons)

All supervised persons must follow firm policies designed to protect nonpublic personal information, including:

  • Protecting the confidentiality of client information collected by VFP
  • Not disclosing or using nonpublic personal information except as authorized and consistent with this Privacy Policy- Sharing nonpublic personal information only with authorized supervised persons and service providers, as needed to deliver services
  • Limiting access to nonpublic personal information as described in this Privacy Policy
  • Not selling nonpublic personal information on behalf of VFP or otherwise
