Option 1
Full-Service Wealth Management
If you're searching for a true financial nerd to guide you every step of the way, our comprehensive wealth management service is the perfect fit. We’ll create a personalized financial plan tailored to your unique goals, providing ongoing advice, guidance, and portfolio management to keep you on track. Our focus includes your life goals, cash flow, portfolio allocation, risk management, tax strategies, and estate planning.
We also take into account any specific circumstances that matter most to you, such as equity compensation, rental properties, or the sale of a business. We meet with clients quarterly—or as frequently as desired—to assess progress, review investments, and make adjustments to ensure your plan remains aligned with your evolving goals.
How We Determine Fees
We set your fee based on a combination of factors, including:
- Life stage: early career, mid-career, building a family, nearing retirement, post-retirement.
- Complexity: business ownership, rental properties, equity compensation, estate planning needs.
- Total Wealth: Higher wealth often requires more oversight, risk management, and coordination.
This structure ensures that the fee you pay reflects the work required to support your unique situation. Importantly, flat fees are fixed and transparent—they don’t change month to month just because your portfolio goes up in value. Clients will typically stay at the same fee for several years, until their life situation changes, complexity increases, or wealth reaches the next level, requiring more advanced planning. This makes your costs both predictable and fair.

Option 3
One-Time Financial Plan
We understand that an ongoing relationship may not be the right fit for everyone—and that’s completely fine. No hard feelings! For those who prefer a shorter, more limited engagement, we offer a project-based or a one-time financial planning service. With this option, we'll create a customized financial plan designed to help you achieve your goals. Once the plan is delivered, our engagement concludes, but we’re always here if you’d like to revisit or update your plan in the future.
Payment & Engagement Details
Our one-time financial plans are designed to give you clarity and confidence in your financial decisions. The cost depends on the level of planning needed for your individual situation. Higher complexity, higher net worth, business ownership, nearing retirement, and complex equity compensation are all factors that contribute to where you may fall in the pricing structure.
- Flat costs are fixed—you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before we begin.
- 50% is paid at the beginning of the engagement, and the remaining 50% is paid upon plan delivery.
- A typical one-time project lasts 1–3 months, depending on:
- The complexity of your situation
- The number of meetings needed
- How quickly you can organize and provide the required information
This structure gives you a clear, upfront cost with no surprises, and ensures we have the time and focus to create a plan that fits your unique financial life.
